CMS 8.2.0.14
New Features

---|---|---|---|
1 | Tasks | Ability to filter tasks | We have had requests for tasks to be assigned to users / user profiles to deal with. We decided not to pursue this as it goes against the initial design of the tasks / alerts. However the change we have made is the ability to filter the tasks list as you would the daily care area. see images: |
2 | All Products | Default Fluid Thickness level | We have added in a default thickener level for foods. This is set up on the CMS but affects the CMS Touch and Tablet when creating new fluid chart entries. Similar to the Required Food texture, the thickness will be automatically selected when entering a new fluid record. |
3 | CMS | Start pages | Added the ability for CMS to default to the Tasks or the dashboard when first opening CMS: This can be done in Tools > Settings > User Settings > CMS Start-up Configuration. This is set on a per user basis so each user can optimise CMS for their needs. |
4 | All products | Care plan / Risk Assessment sorting | Added a setting to allow users to order by Careplan reference or the careplan category. This was done as some users want to use the reference as an internal reference but not how the careplans should be ordered in the list. The same change has been made for Risk assessments. This setting will default to the current sort order which is: If a reference exists it will use the reference, otherwise CMS will order by the caregory. |
5 | All products | Restrict Chart entry to only residents on a chart | Homes can now specify to only allow Food, fluid or reposition chart entries to residents marked as on the corresponding chart. This can be set for each type of chart individually and can be set here: Tools > Settings > Module Settings > Vitals and Charts |
6 | CMS Desktop | Complaints for archived residents / Employees | Added the ability to add complaints / suggestions for residents or employees that are now archived. |
7 | Desktop / Tablets | Repair Priority | We have added a priority to the repairs (Low, Medium & High) This is able to be setup on the desktop machines but will display as a traffic light on the tablet devices. |
Bug Fixes

---|---|---|---|
1 | All | Task Assessment Exclusions | In CMS we have the ability to exclude residents from an assessment. This stops the assessment from showing in the list of availible assessments for that resident. However since tasks have come out they have not taken these into account. This has been resolved so if there are any tasks |
2 | CMS | Resident Photo list | IF your resident list is ordered by room number, the photo list should now reflect that. |
3 | DLL Error | Error Opening CMS | There was a rare issue with users acquiring an updated DLL of the 'iTextSharp.dll'. This was causing errors when logging in. This has been resolved. |
4 | CMS | Readmitting a resident | When trying to readmit a resident and not entering a time, CMS would show an error, Fix applied is to warn user to enter a time of readmission when they save without entering one. |
5 | CMS | Home Finance | CMS will now display the user who added each record. |
6 | CMS | Possessions | Possessions will now correctly display where photos have been added. |
7 | CMS | Asset Readings | Clicking edit on a reading opened a new reading window. Now CMS will load the highlighted record. |
