File Size Limit

A setting has been added to CMS so that you may set a maximum file size for individual files added to CMS.  This can be set in Tools > Enterprise Settings > Settings

Vital Data Restriction

Added an ability to set the default date range returned for each vital category. This is to help speed up the load time for vitals. For most categories CMS defaults to 1 year, for vital categories that are added daily this returns too much data. you are now able to set a default range in the Vitals > Admin > Vital Categories area.

Food Charts - Ate Independently

We have added a checkbox when completing a food chart so that users can state whether the resident has eaten independently.

Tablets

Complete repairs on  tablets.

You are now able to complete repairs on the tablet devices. including the ability to add photos of the completed repair. 

Whilst adding this feature we also took the opportunity to introduce a ‘Completed By’ field, this will automatically be filled in on the tablets as the current logged in user. The date completed will also be recorded as the current time and date on the tablet.

Private Contacts

Homes can now set contact categories as 'Private' by default. When adding a new contact, if their contact category is set to a private contact, they will only be added for the current resident / employee. Next of kin, Employee Address & Resident Address will automatically be considered 'Private'.

Users have asked for a quick way to copy contact details. we have added buttons to both the resident & employee basic pages which allows you to copy the corresponding phone number to the clipboard.

Archiving Employees

You are now able to set a future leave date for an employee and CMS will automatically archive them after this date has passed.

AI Reports

When printing Accident & Incident reports from the Admin > Reports area. The labels for customisable fields were not being updated to the terminology used in the home.

Adding Residents / Employees

When adding new residents  / employees, the NOK wouldn't show in their contacts list. This has been resolved.

Food Chart Texture

When adding a food chart, the texture of the meal was not added to the daily care note.

Archived vital categories

Archived vital categories are not hidden on the tablet devices, This has been resolved after the tablets sync archived categories will now longer be displayed.
