Body Map Snapshots
Bodymap snapshots enable you to record the body map conditions of a service users at a specific moment in time. This is an effective way to view any active conditions, such as during admission or when a resident is admitted to or discharged from the hospital.
This feature has been available on the CMS for some time, but we have now expanded it to include an additional assessment that can be completed when a snapshot is taken. This allows you to gather additional information, such as the reasons for the snapshot or who requested it. We have provided a basic mini assessment to help you get started, but you can adapt this template or create additional assessments to meet your specific needs.

Bug Fixes
# | Product | Subject | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
1 | CMS | Training | Archived training reviews were displaying for some employees. |
2 | Home Maintenance Logbook Filters | When cancelling a filter on the logbook subjects, CMS was displaying an error. | |
3 | Printing Draft Assessment | When printing a new assessment from the final page, the review date on the report would be set to today, this was due to the record being saved as a draft. Now CMS will attempt to save as a completed assessment before printing. | |
4 | Activity Load times | When loading activities for the due today / overdue, CMS was timing out. We have enhanced the methods used to return this data to be faster. | |
5 | Handover Due / Overdue Assessments | A similar issue was happening with due / overdue Assessments. We have increased the efficiency when retrieving the data so speed this up. | |
6 | Intravenous fluids | When adding a fluid, CMS defaults to select the residents required fluid thickener, this was being retained when selecting 'Intravenous'. Now intravenous will default to no thickened. | |
7 | Body map tasks | When adding a body map task, users could assign it to more than one resident. The erroneous tasks created were unable to be completed. This ability has been patched to not allow for it. Bodymap tasks are only relevant for the resident with the wound. |
