Fluid Assessment Targets

When entering a daily care assessment that links to resident fluid charts, CMS will now display the residents current fluid intake and their target.

2CMSLinked RecordsWe had a request to adapt the way the linked records work. Currently, when updating / reviewing a care record, ANY overdue / out of date linked assessments are opened for completion / review to help keep on top of all records regarding a subject. The adaptation we have made is the ability to open ALL linked records. There is one check that is made, If the record has already been reviewed / updated today. It won't be opened for review  as it will be viewed as being up to date.

2CMSOverdue Body mapsWhen looking at the Shift handover, filtering the overdue reports by keyworker didn't correctly display overdue bodymaps.
3CMSA&I Required body mapYou are able to set specific A&I categories to require a body map be entered at the point of incident recording, usually for incidents such as a burn. CMS was allowing users to not enter a bodymap condition.
