1 | CMS Desktop | Record Access | Employee Reviews, Employee Assessments, Accidents & Incidents, and Complaints now have default record access. If the case of Accidents and Incidents and Complaints these also allow for default record access depending on resident, employee or home. if a record is regarding an employee you now have the option to have a default access that the employee that the record refers to may view their own record. The employee can be removed when overriding the default record access. If a record is regarding a resident you now have the option to have a default access that the resident's keyworker that the record refers to may view their resident's record. The keyworker can be removed when overriding the default record access. |
2 | CMS Desktop | CMS Update | To allow homes to control and plan when they will do updates to the CMS system, so that a user does not inadvertently update. There is a new option in Tools > Settings > Enterprise Settings > Settings > CMS Updating - Allow CMS to be upgraded by Ablyss Only When this is checked, a user will be warned that 'You will need a security key to update CMS. Press OK to obtain code.' The user will need to phone Ablyss Support in order to get this code or the support engineer will assist you in updating your CMS. |
