Limit Recorded By

We have added an option so that you can choose to stop users from who has recorded the review. The reviews this effects are:

  • Care Plans

  • Risk assessments

  • Body Maps

  • Assessments

This is set in 'Tools > Home Settings > Settings > Reviews / Default dates.'
Then uncheck the tick box to allow users to change the recorded by.

 

Reminder: This can also be set for the daily care observations under. Tools > Settings > Module Settings > Daily care
