Contacts

When a contact is marked as emergency contact – if you unmark this contact as emergency, go off the screen and back on, it appears as emergency again.

Archiving

When you archive a resident that resident doesn’t move to the archived list until CMS is closed and re-opened. If you edit the record before doing this then it comes up with a message and creates another departure record.

Residents

You could still paste information into resident notes even without edit permission.

Vitals

You could change height in vitals without edit rights.

Risk Assessment

Error occurs when adding blank risk assessment: This occurs when you add a new assessment and click on a template, press previous, and then Blank Risk Assessment.

This is me

• Tooltip is incorrect when going to About Me “Print” and “Admin” from Departures or Possessions.

• This is Me for” is displayed at the top of the This is Me report without resident name.

• When you finish creating “About Me” it continues to show the ‘New’ button until you leave the page. You also can’t seem to edit the assessment as it creates a new version. The buttons to go between reviewed ‘This is Me’ documents do not work.

Empoyees

Problem when saving Employee notes on main page. You click save and then go to next record – it asks you if you want to save, if you say yes it will save this information to the next record also.

Employee Log Book

You could edit entries from Employee log bookwithout edit rights

CRB / DBS

CRB Renewal shows in diary as CRB even after description has been changed (this will only affect new entries not historic)
