Correspondence

When you create a correspondence document it does not insert the body text that you have typed

Departures

Even with edit privilege deselected you can still edit “Staff on Duty” on Resident Departures.

 When you go from Home/Admin to Employees the status flags for Residents appear in the top bar.

Users

When deleting a user account the dialog box shows “Delete Absence”

Custom Labels

When you edit custom labels to include only spaces they cannot be edited again as they ‘disappear’.

This is me

• ‘This is me’ always shows “You do not have permission to save any changes” at the top of the screen even when on full access account.

• A review button appears in departures but when the screen is switched from ‘About Me’ to ‘Departures’

• Admin for This Is Me: Checkbox to delete all answers on review also does not work.

• When you go from Possessions or Departures to About Me the Print button shows the wrong options.

New Resident

When you add a new resident and enter NOK details it doesn’t show up in their contacts until you tick the private box – though, then it shows up in the home contacts which we don’t want

You cannot edit ‘Next of Kin’ details after you save a record in Employees from within the Edit dialog box. You must edit from contacts section. There is also no space for the Title in edit dialog.

Contacts

You can’t remove a contact as an emergency contact
