When a user has logged out and another user logs in some time later the first procedure that contacts the database after login is18/7/201 CheckIfUpdateVersionNeeded. If the server cannot be contacted an error is then thrown. I have changed the code to force the connection to be checked before this procedure is called. If the connection has dropped the user will be shown a more user user friendly connection failure message.
